A BGS online meeting on developing future Nurse and Allied Health professional leaders
The seminar on the 25th November will be a case study and discussion on leading QI – Juliette Butler, Physio Lead in COTE in Kingston Hospital will be presenting her project on rolling out End PJ Paralysis across the hospital. As this is a leadership seminar we will focus on the role of leadership in QI projects – the challenges and successes, skills and experience needed from Juliette’s personal experience of this journey. We welcome the presence and input of all the future leaders to this session.
