2021 NAHP Communities of Practice Future Leaders Meeting 3

A BGS online meeting on developing future Nurse and Allied Health professional leaders

The seminar on the 25th November will be a case study and discussion on leading  QI – Juliette Butler, Physio Lead in COTE in Kingston Hospital will be presenting her project on rolling out End PJ Paralysis across the hospital. As this is a leadership seminar we will focus on the role of leadership in QI projects – the challenges and successes, skills and experience needed from Juliette’s personal experience of this journey.  We welcome the presence and input of all the future leaders to this session.

Who should join:

  • All Nurse and Allied Health professionals providing healthcare to older people

Aims:

  • Improve attendees' leadership skills 
  • Inspire attendees to achieve personal excellence in their role and inspire others
  • Share focused best practice presentations  
  • Takeaway new activities and ideas to advance attendees' careers

This online meeting will be an interactive session where participants will be asked to contribute questions to the presenters.
