How care home providers can use data to understand and transform care.

INVITATION ONLY

Join us for a hybrid session on the morning of September 12th from 10.45 to 12.15 looking at how care home providers can use data to understand and transform care.  Speakers will include: Prof Laura Shallcross, University College London, who will reflect from experience gained during the COVOD-19 pandemic on what care home data is available and how it can be used; and representatives of the International Resident Assessment Instrument (InterRAI), an international collaboration of care providers and academics with standardised approaches to data.  This session is targeted at anyone in the care sector with an interest in using data to drive up standards.  We will want to hear from you about what you need, and how policymakers and academics can support you.

You can register for in-person attendance (the Goldsmiths’ Centre, 42 Britton Street, London EC1M 5AD) or online attendance for the morning session. To do so, please create a BGS account (see right) and register for in-person (numbers limited) or virtual attendance.

We are holding a further event on the afternoon of Tuesday 12th September from 12.15 to 5.00pm which is by invitation only and is in-person at the Goldsmiths’ Centre, 42 Britton Street, London EC1M 5AD. Goldsmith’s Centre, 42 Britton Street, London EC1. The event will focus on how to build a Minimum Data Set for long-term care. Please note it is not possible to join this meeting online.

If you have received an invitation for this in-person event, please register by creating a BGS account and indicating your attendance for the afternoon of 12 September.

This is a small, invitation-only event.
